Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations foreseen to carry out the processing are:
- To send you commercial advertising communications by e-mail, SMS and/or social networks as long as you expressly accept it. These communications will be related to our products and services and will be carried out by Moltó through Connectif, which has its own privacy policy and which we provide here.
- To respond to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the forms of contact that are made available on this website.
- We will process the data from your curriculum vitae and those that you provide us with to evaluate your candidacy.

What data will we process?
Name, company name, CIF/DNI, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, data relating to the means of payment used, and any other data that may be necessary for the provision of our services, but we will always process the minimum essential data and under no circumstances sensitive data.

Why can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- By your explicit consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter when you expressly request it. Please note that for sending commercial communications we use Connectif, which has its own privacy policy and which we provide you with here.
- For a contractual relationship: job application or internship at Moltó.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or the total destruction of the data.

In the case of your curriculum vitae data, it will be kept for a maximum of one year.

To whom do we pass on your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing (such as the sending of commercial communications through Connectif, which will take place if you expressly authorize it) or unless it is necessary or required by law.

At Moltó, we use Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter. These social networks are located in the United States, although they are domiciled in the European Union. If you communicate with us through these social networks, you assume and authorize that your data may be subject to international transfer by these companies.

2.- OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form, presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the data controller are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The responsible informs that all the data requested through the website are obligatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the user. In the event that all the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to your needs.

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, the data controller is complying with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the RGPD, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
